Create your candidate account using your email or LinkedIn, verify your address, and complete your profile to begin applying. Use a professional email address and keep your LinkedIn profile up-to-date before connecting.
Use the search bar and filters under Open Positions to find roles by employer, department, or level. Click any position card for full details before applying.
Click Apply Now, fill in your details and confirm your earliest start date. You will receive a confirmation email once your application is in our queue. Applications can't be edited after submission, so double-check before sending.
Upload your CV as a PDF (max 10MB). Name your file professionally (e.g. FirstName_LastName_CV.pdf) — the parser pulls roles, dates and skills directly into your profile.
You'll receive an interview invitation by email with a scheduled time. Grant camera and microphone permissions, complete the technical check, and speak naturally — the AI interviewer responds when you pause. Interviews are recorded for evaluation; recordings stay confidential.
Our voice interview uses Voice Activity Detection — no buttons to press, just speak naturally and the AI responds when you pause. Use headphones for cleaner audio.
A modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge), a stable connection (5 Mbps+), and working camera + microphone. Disable pop-up blockers for our domain and close unused apps for best performance.
